What is recorded
The questions you send to the AI assistants and the answers they give back
Which assistant you choose for each part of the work, and when you switch
How you edit, keep, or reject what the AI suggests
Timestamps, your final answer, and any notes you add
What is never collected
No camera, microphone, or screen recording
No keystroke or eye tracking, and no browser lockdown
No mood, emotion, or personality inference of any kind
Your work is never used to train AI models
